Due to the custom and individualized nature of our products, including but not limited to:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Each product is made to order, specifically tailored to the customer's specifications, and cannot be resold or repurposed.

1.2 Health and Safety Compliance
Given the consumable nature of our tinctures, concentrates, and gourmet mushrooms, accepting returns poses significant health and safety risks. Our strict no-return policy ensures that all products delivered to our customers are fresh, uncontaminated, and of the highest quality.

While we strive to deliver perfection with every order, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Our team will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or partial refund.

2.2 Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order confirmation, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, subject to the return of the incorrect item in its original, unused condition.
